I have been look'n up all over near the Pharmacy. Why can't I find the way up?
It's there but not too obvious. Look for a window in the passageway on the side then look up even farther.

There was something very nostalgic about playing in the TDS world but as the much loved and familiar T2 character in a T2 way. Kudos to Child of Karras for his excellent work in mapping TDS for T2. This is how it should have been.
I hope this doesn't offend you Haplo, but I really laughed out loud at this line, 'I have decided to create a small theme park for all the children.'
I found the juxtaposition of the dark, undead-filled thief world and the idea of Disneyland type entertainment for the pagan children to be deliciously entertaining.

Once I found that, the rest pretty much unravelled. However, I thought the wax mold would dissolve with the hot water from the busted pipe since the stool under, is frobbable, but no such luck.
How do I get the wax off the locket if not there? Or What do I do there, after breaking the pipe?

The small building right next to the pharmacy. There is a passage way between them where you used the rope to get into the pharmacy.
How to get into the banker's house? I didn't find anything suitable to his window.
Search the tavern.
You will need a kitchen knife, which, if I remember correctly you will find in the tavern in the inner city.

From the wooden bottom of the balcony jump on the pipes, the mantle up and to the balcony.

They are not compatible. It was rebuilt from scratch in Dark Engine by Child of Karras.
By the way, how many people found the bonus (Easter Egg) objective?
