Mine is Magelight. You can shoot at NPC's and some NPC's that will normally not attack you, will become violent and attack.
I shot it at the Red guards once out in the wilderness and all three attacked, the two red guard and the lady they were harassing. It can also work on those Stendarr hunters if you find them in a pair.

I like Wabbajack too, it's awesome I managed to get it so early while I was still 16th level. Its spells are diverse which makes this stick so interestingThanks, Sheogorath!

I like this spell called "Summon Creation Kit" but it doesn't seem to be working

Yeah, I've been using that Summon spell all January; my fingers are blue and still no results. (I thought maybe my Steam was broken.)
