Wow nice. Looks almost like a scene from Thief 2.

Always thought it looked like a Mechanist Seminary.

The local people calls it 'Lawang Sewu' which means 'Thousand Doors'
It was builded in early year 1903 during Dutch-Indies colonnial time in Semarang, Indonesia. The Building had been used several times for many purposes such as Dutch-Governor office and dungeons for local dissidents The building were also became a silent witness of several epic battle between Indonesians and Japanese force occupation in +1945. The building also believed to be haunted since it had the reputation of mystical power left in the building until now because of its past.
I love the architechture, 'though it gives me the creepy feeling when I entered the dungeon areas .

That reminds me of the cathedral in Winchester. It did have a Thiefish feeling, now that I think of it. I probably would have noticed it right away in nighttime...

Here's one I snapped of it:

I don't quite like, how your photo has that ''outer glow'' effect on the Cathedral. You've probably photoshopped it while messing with sky?

I couldn't get my camera phone out fast enough, but we were in the car and a pickup truck with a trailer passed next to us. In the trailer were several large carpet sample displays with some nice plush looking carpet pieces. Then I noticed the carpet brand: Garrett's Pride! I can just see Garrett pedalling nice soft -quiet- carpet to the better homes. Then paying them a visit!

    The Flying Lady of Rolls-Royce
The Flying Lady was a modified version of The Spirit of Ecstasy figurine to make it bow a little further in order to protect the bonnet.

I really wouldn't be surprised, if those were the real-life inspiration for the Mechanist angel statues.

I saw this small bag of incense cones yesterday and thought that the artwork somehow reminded me of the early TDP/TMA artworks. It's a Christmas thing of course, but the way the tower was painted looked familiar.

These strongly (especially 5-2 and 7-3,7-4) stongly remind me of Glyphs. Not actualy Glyphs, but they do have a general Glyph-ishness about them
They are prime knots from knot theory.

My wife hates this because it's so creepy.

I LOVE this because it's so creepy.

Hey, did anyone notice the "Hypnotized Chicken" article in that website jtr7 posted? I must confess, this was a favorite pastime down on the farm...
