Where are the Fortify Skill spells?

Hey guys i see items that you get rewarded in game and they have Fortify skils stats... and i know you can Absorb skill stats from people but where is the simple spells that allow you to fortify a skill... I have been searching for 3 hours now and can't find a single merchant who sells them.

If you complete the quest for the Grey Prince, the training that he gives you afterward bumps up a couple of your skills through a constant Fortify Skill effect. For some reason that allows you to make spells & enchantments which fortify skills. Strange but useful.

They sell them in Chapels. Try Leyawiin.

You where right about the Grey Prince quest line... not sure how that works but i checked the chapels and couldn't find any of the Fortify skill spells.. absorb yes... fortify no... but i got it now

There is no Fortify Skill spell for sale without any mods.

A few quest rewards (Abilities), vampirism (Abilities) and some of the Rune Stones (Greater Powers) are the sources of Fortify Skill for Spellmaking/Enchanting purposes.

Oops, you're absolutely right. They sell Fortify Attribute spells in Temples. Sorry about that.

My own ability to create Fortify Skill spells and enchantments must have come from a Dark Brotherhood quest reward I got awhile back. Actually, now that I think about it, it must have come from a Runestone. Interesting that these things qualify for spellmaking and enchanting purposes.
