Temple Informant...

I've read through a few guides and have tried to speak with the Andrano girl in the Infirmary, but she NEVER gives me the option to answer a question and set up the informant. Her disposotion is at 100 and ive tried taking it back down and up again, but it doesnt seem to fix it. Can anyone offer some guidance into this?

r u sure your talking to the right person?
i havent done this quest in a while but just ask the person in the infirmary EVERY thread she offers, then something should come up

if that doesent work talk to everyone in Temple (besides people who r obviously not informants like the Archbishop guy

I've done that several times in fact, i've checked all the requirements in the editor and I have fullfilled all of them that I can see but it wont give me the choice when I ask them about discontent...

EDIT: I have also already killed Almalexia through the main quest, though I dont know if that would affect this or not..

I only played TB as a vampire so everyone in the infirmary attacked me so I don't really know but I assume that since you have already killed almalexia then you can't do it.
