I just happened to stumble across a link to this discussion where someone has figured how to make user created mods for Fallout 3 run on his Xbox 360. I figured it might be of some interest.
Note: I do not use an Xbox360, so I don't know how well it all works.
So has anyone given this a try to see if it works? I'm curious.
